Libby'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -9- inch pie crusts
    1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    4-5 large eggs
    3 1/2 cups libby's pumpkin
    3 cups (2 - 12 oz cans) evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs stir in pumpkin and spices, gradually stir in milk. Fill crust with 4 cups each.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes Reduce to 350 bake 40-50 minutes.
    Till silver knife comes out clean when testing.
