Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lemon, grated rind and juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour mixed to a paste with
a
little of the milk. Stir in the rest of the milk, lemon, juice, rind and salt.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites last.
Put in unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Reduce heat and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
