Ingredients

3 eggs
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 large can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place butter in a bowl.
Add sugar, beaten eggs and flour; mix well.
Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut with a spoon.
Pour into a well-greased and floured pie pan (9 or 10-inch).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
