Cheese Potatoes In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes, pared
pepper to taste
salt to taste
4 to 5 slices bacon, cooked
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 lb. cubed sharp cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Slice potatoes. Lay on large piece of foil. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over potatoes. Add cheese and onions. Dot with butter. Wrap loosely and seal with double foil. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
