Mexican Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. red pepper or less
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meats, onion and green pepper in heavy skillet.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole or baking dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes more.
