Chocolate Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2/3 c. plain flour
1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate or 3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa plus 1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Melt butter and
chocolate
together.
Add to remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased
pie
plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
(Similar to
desserts served at \"The North End.\") Serve with ice cream.
