Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium Golden Delicious apples (about 3 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 pie crust, prepared for 2 crust pie
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    sugar
    milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot margarine/butter, cook apple slices until tender-crisp (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
    In prepared pie shell toss in flour, cinnamon, salt, 2/3 cup sugar and apple slices.
    (Will be slightly mounded.) Place top crust on pie.
    Brush crust with milk and 1 teaspoon sugar after decorating crust.
    Bake 45 minutes or until golden.
