Oven-Fried Fish (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    Dash of pepper
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine corn flakes, celery salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
    Dip fish in milk; roll in corn flake mixture.
    Place fish in nonstick baking pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until brown.
    Yield
    6 - 2 oz. servings.
    Each serving may be exchanged for 1/2 bread - 2 low-fat meat.
