Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. fresh parsley
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. green onion
1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
5 radishes, halved and sliced
Preparation

Mix buttermilk, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper and Tabasco.
Mix until smooth.
Toss with macaroni, carrots, parsley, green onion, dill weed, cucumber and radishes.
