Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Bias slice carrots 1/2-inch thick.
    Cook and drain.
    Combine all ingredients; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in butter.
    Pour over hot carrots and serve.
