Spicy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust shell (unbaked)
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    2 c. evaporated milk (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix together sugar, flour, spices and salt in a large bowl. Stir in eggs. Add sweet potatoes and milk and beat until smooth. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center removes clean. If crust browns too quickly, cover with foil strips. Serves 8.
