Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head each red and green cabbage
    1 small pkg. frozen peas
    1 can water chestnuts
    2/3 can cashews (hold a few for garnish)
    1 c. lite mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can dry noodles
Preparation
    Finely shred each 1/2 cabbage.
    Thaw and add peas.
    Drain and chop chestnuts and add; add cashews.
    Toss lightly.
    Stir soy sauce into the mayonnaise.
    Dress salad if serving immediately, otherwise hold the dressing until just before serving because the soy sauce will cause wilting.
