Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Cream sugar, Crisco and egg yolks.
Beat in flour and milk alternately.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and bake.
