Fried Perch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. perch fillets
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Season fish with garlic salt and onion powder.
    Mix egg, milk and Tabasco.
    Stir in flour, salt and mustard and beat until smooth.
    Coat fish in batter and fry in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
