Spicy Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
    dash of salt
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add cheese, flour and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add pepper and form into a ball.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Shape into small 1-inch balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove carefully.
    Store in airtight container. Yields 40.
