Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix and add slowly 2 cups scalded milk and vanilla to the eggs, sugar and salt.
Pour into a buttered baking dish; set in a pan of warm water.
Bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
