Milk Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    4 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, water, salt, celery and onions.
    When tender, add milk, butter or oleo and black pepper.
    Bring to simmer. Serve with crackers.
