Round Steak With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
    flour (for dredging)
    salt and pepper
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Dredge beef in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown in ovenproof skillet in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Remove from pan and make gravy with cornstarch and adjust seasonings.
    Add mushrooms with liquid.
    Return meat to gravy and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Add water if necessary.
