Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 c. apples
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water

Preparation

Combine Bisquick, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon, then mix together eggs, water, vanilla and butter; put aside.
Peel and core apples.
Cut up the apples in slices.
Grease a cake pan well.
Pour in the cake mixture, then arrange the apple slices in a circle from center to the outside of pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
