Mediterranean Phyllo Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
    1/3 c. coarse chopped red bell peppers, vinegar/garlic marinated red peppers or roasted red peppers packed in a jar
    3/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    18 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed according to package directions
    1 c. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a large nonreactive mixing bowl.
    Add pine nuts, peppers, Feta cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate while you prepare phyllo.
