Shake-'Em-Up Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Place eggs, cheese, salt and pepper in a covered jar and shake well.
    Heat butter in skillet until melted over medium heat.
    Be sure skillet is coated with butter.
    Pour egg mixture into hot skillet and cook over medium heat without stirring.
    Turn gently with pancake turner when eggs on the bottom start to get firm. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are slightly firm.
