Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail and juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar, soda and fruit cocktail (including juice) and put into large baking pan.
Do not grease pan.
Before baking, sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
