Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup (condensed, do not add water or milk)
    1 can jalapeno relish
Preparation
    Melt all ingredients in saucepan on low to medium heat until smooth and creamy.
    Serve hot with chips.
