Relish For Meats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. celery
    1 large bell pepper
    2 onions
    3 carrots
    1/2 c. pimento
Preparation
    Mix kraut and sugar; let stand overnight.
    Chop celery, bell pepper and onions together.
    Coarsely grate the carrots and chop the pimento.
    Mix all ingredients together and put in covered jars.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 2 quarts.
