Cocktail Pick-Up Chicken Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings (about 25)
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cut tips of wings and discard.
    Divide each wing in half. Melt butter. Dip each wing in butter, then in flour mixture. Place on wax paper until all are coated.
    Arrange in single layers. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
