Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, peeled
    1 qt. milk
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Carrots and celery may also be added.
    I also just scrub the potatoes and carrots and shred them instead of peeling them.
