Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. hot pepper
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Preparation

Remove seeds from peppers and grind.
Boil them 1 minute.
Set aside and skim.
Pour into small glasses.
Add red or green coloring.
Makes 6 cups.
