North Georgia Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all
ingredients
and
bake in a 400\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes until
brown
and
firm.
Slice and serve with butter. This bread is good cooked in iron skillet.
