Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Honey Boy pink salmon
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Drain and clean salmon. Crumble well in large bowl. Add all ingredients. Mix well with hands and form into patties (thin). Place into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
