Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. hamburger and 1 lb. Italian sausage
    1/2 c. long grain and wild rice
    1 minced onion
    2 minced gloves garlic
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Core head of cabbage to depth of 3 inches.
    Cook to boiling. Remove leaves with tongs.
    Let stand and cool.
    Cut out hard center.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll mixture in cabbage leaves and cook with sauerkraut, remainder of cut up cabbage, spareribs, tomatoes (cut up) and tomato sauce.
    Cook 4 to 6 hours on simmer.
