Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 slices bread
    1 lb. bacon or sausage
    1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    10 eggs or Egg Beaters
    3 c. milk
    grated onion to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon or sausage and set aside.
    Butter bread and place buttered side down in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Beat eggs and add milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over bread.
    Crumble bacon and sprinkle cheese over egg mixture and bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
