Chicken Enchiladas #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
    salt to taste
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    10 flour tortillas
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onion in margarine; stir in cooked chicken and cream cheese.
    Salt to taste.
    Add cilantro.
    Roll into tortillas.
    Place in ungreased baking dish.
    Top with cheese. Pour in milk; cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with hot sauce and sour cream.
