Buttermilk Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 tsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Let cool on rack.
