Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Combine cocoa and butter; melt over low heat.
Remove from heat; mix in sugar and eggs.
Add flour, salt and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows on hot cake.
Spread with Chocolate Icing.
