Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2 lb. chicken
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Beat egg.
Roll chicken in egg and then in crumbs.
Brown chicken and drain off fat.
Stir in soup, water, onion and seasonings.
Cook, covered, on low heat for 45 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
