Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. boiling water
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    In
    a large mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove from mixer. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin).
    Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans, 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pans or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans to wire racks.
    Cool completely.
    (Cake may be left in rectangular pans, if desired.) Frost with One-Bowl Buttercream Frosting.
