Dorothy'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1 to 2 bags Shake 'n Bake
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Golden Dipt all-purpose batter
    Crisco oil
    onion flakes
Preparation
    Soak chicken in
    salt water.
    Drain slightly.
    Shake in a bag or covered dish with Shake 'n Bake, cornflake crumbs and all-purpose batter.
    Brown\tchicken in Crisco oil.\tSeason and place
    in flat pan.
    Sprinkle
    with
    onion\tflakes.
    Add
    some water and cover with foil.\tBake
    1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove foil and continue to bake until done.
