Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 generous c. canned pumpkin
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. water
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients until blended.
    Spoon into paper muffin cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown (about 35 minutes).
    Makes about 36 to 40 mini muffins.
