Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of the butter until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water.
    Cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and broccoli.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Mix gently until blended.
    Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield: 8 portions.
