Chipped Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
3 or 4 oz. envelope dried beef (jar is too salty)
2 heaping tsp. horseradish (less if desired)

Preparation

Use a mixer to combine all ingredients.
Let it set a day or two.
Optional:
Roll in chopped pecans.
