Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
    Combine the milk and egg.
    Stir this mixture into the contents of the bowl.
    Mix thoroughly and bake in a loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
