Garden Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2/3 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken flavor Cup-a-Soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    hot, cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken with vegetables over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until chicken is golden and vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Blend Cup-a-Soup with water; add to skillet.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve over hot rice or noodles.
