Potato Pork Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1/2 inch thick) rib or loin pork chops
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown chops on both sides in 10-inch skillet. Pour off drippings. Mix next 6 ingredients. Pour half in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Arrange potatoes in pan.
Top with pork chops. Top with remaining soup mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
