Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. hot water
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except vanilla. Bring to a full boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla. Stir and set aside until needed.
Store leftovers in refrigerator. Better if not doubled.
