Crispy Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    flour
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces.
    Put flour, cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper in a large Baggie.
    Rinse chicken in water and shake off excess.
    Drop chicken pieces in Baggie and shake to coat.
    Leave chicken sitting in flour mixture for 10 minutes.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Remove chicken from Baggie and dip into egg mixture.
    Let chicken sit in egg mixture for 10 minutes. Again, dip chicken in flour mixture and deep fry in hot oil for approximately 8 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve with barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
