Hamburger Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    2 medium onions, cut finely
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, onions, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Mix well and shape into patties 1/2-inch thick.
    Roll in flour and brown on both sides in hot salad oil.
    Remove patties when brown.
    Pour off all but 3 or 4 tablespoons fat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add milk and mushroom soup and stir until thick.
    Return patties to pan and cook 15 minutes longer or place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
