Gooseberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. gooseberries
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
Preparation
    Mix together berries, tapioca, sugar, salt, orange peel and butter.
    Let stand for 215 minutes.
    Pour into pastry shell. Cover with top crust and slit to vent.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce the temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
