Hot Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked grits
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    3 eggs, well beaten
    4 oz. chopped chilies
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package directions in 8 cups of water. Mix in other ingredients.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 14.
    Can be cut in half.
    To cut cholesterol, use Egg Beaters.
