Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion
2 c. cooked rice
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and onion.
Drain really well.
Put back on the fire and add chili powder, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Remove from heat.
Add beans and rice.
Put in a casserole dish and cover with cheese.
Put in a 350\u00b0 oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
Serve with crackers or chips.
