Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. cut okra
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare okra.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, salt and meal.
    Add egg, milk and butter.
    Mix good.
    Coat okra in batter.
    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain.
    Salt to taste.
